Dr. Kelly J. Hwang DDS, FAGD
General, Cosmetic, Implant Dentistry & Orthodontics
Dr. Kelly Hwang completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis. She then moved to New York City to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. She also graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Omega Chapter.
Dr. Hwang is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Society. She believes that a good clinician shows confidence tempered with humility, empathy, compassion, and integrity. These characteristics inspire patient trust. She believes sometimes it's necessary to challenge the system to provide the "right" care.
Dr. Hwang has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including pediatric dental office for children as well as a dental implant and cosmetic dental center. She has completed hundreds of hours of advanced clinical training and always keeps up with the latest techniques and technology in order to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, caring, and comfortable environment.
